Rita Singh—defining success in her own terms, achieving it by her own rules and building a life she is proud to live

Rita Singh is a woman who never lets the world dim her shine because the impact she has had on the world is remarkable. She doesn’t let failure deter her, she lets it motivate her to work harder and smarter. She lets it make her ideas greater and she uses it to be the best version of herself she can be. She will conquer the world because she is so full of wisdom and inspiration. She has never given up in her life so far and She definitely won’t stop now. For her it is Always making the difficult choice—because the easy choice isn’t an option. She is striving—not for perfection—but to be the best version of herself she can possibly be. Believing in herself and her dreams when no one else does, she has taken great steps forward. For her It’s not about proving others wrong—but more so about proving herself right. She pushes herself to the limit and once she gets there—pushes even harder to achieve the impossible. She has a “never say die” attitude. She is strong not because she is always the best, but because she builds everyone else up around her. She just does not build villages, she builds armies of change that make the world better.

Tell us something about yourself.

Having been an educator for some 35 years now, I consider myself lucky to have found my calling very early in life and then been able to follow my passion as my profession.

When where why and how did you begin your professional life. Tell us about your journey.

I began my working life with a computer company, tasked initially to teach computers to bank professionals and later in schools with which this computer company had a contract. Computers in those days, i.e. in the late 1980s were not quite as ubiquitous as they are today. They were esoteric machines, kept in air-conditioned environments and with very limited functionality; but requiring complex levels of understanding to operate these machines. As I began my work at teaching computers to students and to teachers in a school, I realised that my true calling lay in teaching.
In my long and satisfying journey through this profession, I found myself working in several schools across the country and abroad, travelling with my family, as my husband was in a transferable job. This fascinating journey has led me through a very wide variety of teaching experiences ranging from teaching primary classes to the senior most of classes in schools. Despite being a post graduate in mathematics, in business administration and in education, I have taught every subject possible in schools, from the languages to social sciences, the sciences and mathematics. These wide variety of experiences have included much administrative work including that of incharge, headmistress, dean of studies, vice principal and principal; in very different school sizes ranging from those with under 50 Students to over 6000 students. As director, Indirapuram Group of Institutions now, I am responsible for a chain of schools and colleges, besides advisory work in education within the nation and at international levels. Along my journey, I have continued to improve my educational experience through different certificate and diploma courses with institutions ranging from IIT Delhi to IIM Lucknow and Harvard.
A firm believer in inter and multi-disciplinary studies, I clearly recognise that brilliance often lies in the interdisciplinary spaces. There is great merit in allowing students to grow in their own fields of strengths, while appreciating and understanding different points of view and related issues of any single subject. I believe in the all-round growth of a child, helping students to become physically strong, mentally alert and developed and morally upright. I believe that Students must also develop their communication skills in order to gain full value of their intrinsic worth.
Along this journey and working with my students, I have helped a large number of students and schools to develop intra and inter-regional and international partnerships; all for better all round growth of students.
As far as academics is concerned, I have put in much effort to help students develop knowledge, skills and attitudes; and to develop clear concepts of subjects and deep understanding through developing a sense of enquiry amongst students.
Currently, I am working seriously towards Sustainable Development Goals of the UN being assimilated into Schools; with a view to develop better global citizens of tomorrow, acutely aware of the best available in the world and with the ability to implement what they know, after taking into consideration their local realities.

Any striking incident in your life that had a deep impact on you or change the course of your life.

I regard life as being a series of events; with the impact of any single event, however grave it maybe, being but one part of the sum of the whole. While working with my students, I have come to realise the value that education can provide to the poorest of the poor; to the most deprived of our populace. As a consequence of this, I began an initiative called “The Indirapuram Evening School” Or TIES, working with the help of volunteers towards providing basic education to the poorest of poor in the vicinity of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. This initiative is one which gives me the greatest amount of satisfaction.
Also, having been the patron for the Asha schools running for special children At Agra and at Jammu, I regard this part of my work as being most satisfying. Working with these children, seeing the impact being made on their lives through the efforts being made, has given me perhaps the greatest satisfaction. My experiences there have helped me cross pollinate aspects of special education into the schools which I have impacted; and also helped me to selectively introduce some aspects of curriculum into these schools meant for special children.

Describe yourself as a person.
I am a firm believer in “karma”. I believe we have a higher purpose in life, to work for the improvement of the world in a larger sense; and for a better life within the closer environs of the world and people we impact.
I believe in doing the right thing for the society, community, nation and the world at all times. I believe in the value of human beings over material issues.

What are the challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
In my working life, challenges have been many. I believe in segmenting problems and challenges and facing them component by component rather than as a whole. Having defined the larger goal of what is to be done to overcome a challenge, I believe in breaking the problem up into its sub parts or components and then dealing with each individually. If challenges are again faced in resolving a component, it is important to go back to the larger purpose which is sought to be achieved and look for an alternate options.

How do you balance work and family
Time management is the key. There are 24 hours in a day, within which time everything that must be done must be managed. The key lies in prioritising. They may be a million things to do, however finding the right people to do various jobs which are sub-parts of the whole is the key to finding time to do what must be prioritised as the highest.This is best done through finding the right person for the right work and tasking the person in time; then giving enough latitude and freedom to do the work, intervening only at selected intervention points.
The family is and will always be very very important. That remains a permanent facet in all our lives. I have always found ample support from my entire family towards my professional endeavours. They know and understand very clearly that if the situation demands, they are priority one. I have, however never had a conflict because I believe that respect begets respect. I respect the needs of my family and my family in turn respects my professional requirements.

What are your future plans?
I want to continue to help create responsible, happy and productive citizens of tomorrow through my life. This itself is an enormous task. I would be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure this happens. Also, I am very happy with the way NEP has been drafted. I am very hopeful that the pathway India has taken up is surely going to bring in a major paradigm shift and shape up Indian system into a robust one. I want to contribute as much as possible to make that happen.

Anything else that you want to tell the readers.
Man is but part of a community. Education is the very bedrock on which our value and belief system is founded. We, the community, parents and guardians, leaders and students are all collectively responsible to ensure that good quality education is available to our students everywhere.

Jhumki Bannerjee—making a difference in the lives of others

Jhumki Bannerjee‘s energy in creating the strongest version of herself often inspires others to follow their lead. She knows what makes her happy and she takes that happiness and deeply buries the roots to protect it from ill weather, heavy rain, and strong winds (metaphorically speaking). She shares her happiness with everyone, but is quick to protect it from those who chose to do it wrong or try to uproot it. She makes decisions that cultivate the life that makes her happy with courage, dedication, and perseverance. She leans in. Oh, and of course she puts positive energy into the Universe, asking nothing in return.

Tell us about yourself…

Hello This Is Jhumki Bannerjee. I am a single mother and now a Trustee and Secretary of an organization (NGO) named Notun JibonI got separated with my husband in 2017. My children’s education was the main reason we got separated. My husband never wanted them to study in a good school whereas I always wanted them study in good school. Now my Son Rajveer is studying in Gyanoday Niketan School (Darjeeling) in class 9 and my daughter Subhangi is in St. Joseph’s College (Darjeeling) doing her 1st year.

Tell us about your journey….
I always wanted to help the under-privileged and then in 2017 I met Arup Sengupta, my Guruji my Mentor. He changed me, even he changed my life. He taught me how can I help unfortunate, how can I communicate with them, how can I spread this work. Then on 31st Dec night we , Arupda, Dalia Boudi (Arupda’s wife) my Daughter and I went out and distributed blankets to the Unfortunates in kolkata. For the very first time I saw poverty so close. From that day my journey started with my organization.

What according to you is success?
I am still not successful and I don’t think I can explain it properly . But wherever I am today is because of my Guruji🙏
Well I still haven’t found this answer. My guruji Arup Sengupta always used to tell me “Jhumki you have to find yourself” and I’m still finding the right answer. But what I feel is I am a guadian of more than 1200 underprivileged familes in Sundarban trying to make them independent, trying to educate their children.

What about recognition for your work?
No I haven’t received any award yet.
I will make this organization much bigger so that I will be able to help many more people and save many lives

What is your message to the readers?

Please support us🙏. With your support we can help many more needy peopleBecause we believe “Each One Feed One” and my Guruji and I believe that “No One Should Sleep Hungry At Night”.
Keep Loving Us and Keep Blessing Us. 🙏

Donation of medical and protective equipment

Goa Sudharop donated lifesaving equipment and medical supplies to help fight COVID-19. This is to extend support to healthcare professionals in the treatment of COVID-19 at Hospicio. With these actions, Goa Sudharop is supporting society in this healthcare crisis. The youth are working together with a strong will to succeed in defeating the virus. We are humbled by the generosity of the members of our community who have asked how they can help support our staff and patients during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak. With your help, together we can make thousands of differences in the lives of patients, healthcare workers, staff members and more. The necessary means to fight the pandemic will support essential healthcare workers, patients, and families experiencing hardships as a result of this public health crisis, while also helping to provide much-needed equipment, supplies, and facilities. This project has been coordinated by Mr. Aryan D’Mello.

Goa Sudharop contributed to the purchase of the donation. The donation consisted of the purchase of surgical caps, surgical masks, face masks, face protection screens, protective goggles, boxes of latex gloves, surgical gloves, surgical gowns, shoe covers, and biosafety suits. The PPE suits were stitched by women in rural areas and this served as a source of income for them. Many women gained employment through this initiative.

With a protracted emergency like COVID-19, it is important that the government and its response structures have the essential support to tackle this disease and that is what this donation, of the assorted supplies and equipment aims to achieve – maintain a high confidence level to respond. Goa Sudharop will continue to mobilize resources, reach out to other partners to do the same and encourage a stronger collaboration among partners to keep the outbreak under control. Until we are out of this COVID-19 pandemic , we will not rest as an organization. We will continue to explore every possible means and we will continue to encourage other partners to support the Directorate of Health to build a resilient system for effective emergency response and universal health service delivery. As we continue to make progress against COVID-19, Goa Sudharop will continue to support with the right tools and skills to help strengthen the health system with the right capacity to mitigate the adverse effect of emergencies such as COVID. Our support is also geared towards ensuring the system is built back better.

HELPING THOSE IN NEED….

As the COVID-19 crisis continues to loom over Goa, The Government has taken a strict combat measure by directing a lockdown. At this great hour of need, Goa Sudharop in close coordination with Goa Outreach has stepped in to provide relief by providing food to covid-affected families across the state in South Goa. By adhering to all safety and hygiene measures, Goa Sudharop and Goa outreach provide its relief service by providing free meals prepared under the guidance of a certified nutritionist. This is a great way to improve the conditions in our community. It helps improve harmony, friendliness, and trust among residents. Aside from the immediate benefits to the members of our community, people are able to get the additional nutrients they require and have dietary restrictions met without sacrificing their overall well-being. LEADING BY EXAMPLE is what Goa Sudharop has always done. The work has provided them an unique opportunity to meet others, learn more about the struggles the community is facing, and help to do their part to give back. Goa Sudharop with its perfect timely service spelled the real meaning of Goemkarponn.

As Goa grapples with unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, youngsters like Aryan, Darren, Shruti, Sharon Afsa are demonstrating their continued leadership in our community by personally delivering the meals. They are using social media and apps to spread correct information about covid, speaking out for effective care and ensuring that the most vulnerable are not left behind.

Shelly Bisht—Educator, Speaker, Writer and Social Worker

Shelly Bisht is here to conquer the world and not wait for it to revolve around her. She is a strong woman who admits she doesn’t have all the answers. She is willing to be flexible and seek more information in order to better her life and sharpen her mind. She asks the tough questions, is an eager learner, picks herself up when she falls, and keeps enjoying a good challenge. She recognizes that she is capable of more than she thinks and pushes herself to work harder and set bigger goals. She invites you all to delve into her life and read her story chapter by chapter.

The story of Shelly Bisht

I am lucky to have taken birth in the green environs of Dehradun surrounded by Mussorie-The Queen of Hills in a family known for principles and morals.My Dad is a retired Research Officer from Irrigation Department and is a workaholic and does social work,Dehradun.My mom is MA Economics and a full time Homemaker .Her favourite pass time is gardening and talking to her plants and trees.I am not boasting but she has almost all varieties of fruits,veggies,organic herbs in her orchard.At times she talks with her plants too.My elder brother works in Tour & Travel Company.Well,like all elder brothers he is too protective about me,cares for me but believes in simple living and high thinking.

I completed my schooling in Convent of Jesus & Mary at Dehradun and was academically inclined from the very beginning.I always participated in almost all extracurricular activities and won innumerable medals, certificates,trophies. I even won The Best Students Trophy and was in the good books of my teachers.

I graduated in Science and did MBA in Marketing & Human Resouces and headed towards the corporate world. But destiny had chosen something else for me.My family didn’t allow me to pursue a career in corporate. Thus,I left my budding career in the corporate and did my MA in English Literature,myB.Ed and thereby pursued a teaching profession as PGT ENGLISH.

Believe me,though teaching career was my parents Choice but by the mean time I had fallen in love with my profession. It was an instant hit and I started enjoying the company of books and children. From my first job till date I was always in good books of my Management,students and parents.

Throughout these 21 years of my teaching career,Iconducted innumerable inter as well as intraclass,zonals competitions for the Senior Secondary children, umpteenth school functions,events and even the School Magazines and Newsletters.I am actively involved in all CBSE Blended Learning Programmes,Webinars and Capacity Building Workshops.I even attend all Online Sessions of CBSEon a monthly basis.I am highly satisfied with my Noble profession and is proud of all my well placed students throughout the world.It’s a pride and pleasure that many of my students who are doing English Hon. graduation and post graduation level seek my help even now also.

Today ,there is no regret to have chosen teaching over the corporate world.The thing which matters to me most is the Job satisfaction and a blissful life away from all stress.And ,it’s a proven fact that money can’t buy happiness. I could have earned a lot but at the cost of my peace of mind.Well,this is my perception of seeing life. Your views can differ since we all are unique and have our own perspective to look at life.

The challenge…..

Today I am happily married to the DIRECTOR of an MNC with a son and a daughter.We are a close knit family of four.My husband’s busy schedule and overseas travelling and then a nuclear family and two small kids were the most challenging years of my initial married life.There was not even a single years gap in my career including my two pregnancies. Andthe credit goes to my parents. They supported me throughout my professional life and took care of my two toddlers.Believe me,whatever I have achieved in these 21 years ,I owe it to my parents.Their unstinted support ,blessings,advice, presence had always motivated me to move ahead in my life and achieve the targets.

The secret of my success….

The secret is to maintain discipline in life,be grounded,follow work ethics,embrace your fears and accept all challenges.For me,my work was worship and I never took it for granted.I believed in my dreams,worked hard persistently and followed my passion. Wherever I am today is because of the trust of the people associated with me.God’s blessings and adulation of the people is a magic charm which has channelized my spirits for a positive direction.Youshould always collaborate with like minded learners and noble souls to reach the common goal of spreading knowledge and wisdom. If you are motivated and charged up,you can impact the world around you.No doubt,you can be the future thought leader who can engage and enlighten hundreds of people with radiance of wits.

Life is not a bed of roses. Success doesn’t come on a platter.You need to toil hard to earn it.I too had my challenges and hardships to maintain a balance between my professional and personal life.I remember many sacrifices made by me to smoothen my work life balance.But,no regrets because I believe in “All is well that ends well .” Ups and down have made me rather a confident woman of substance today who don’t fear and accept challenges.Pandemic had hit us a big time.We suffered a huge financial loss in 2019.The newly opened business sank down and we were devastated.I introspected myself and regained the lost vigour to comeback again as the dark horse.Money is not the only end of the life.If we have the ability, willpower,determination and the wise thought process ,we can build the empire again.The only thing required is not to loose hope.Trust yourself for God help those who want to help themselves.If you are resilient,youcan give the mental endurance to your family.Becomethe strength of your family not their weakness.I always wanted to see myself as an independent woman not as a liability.Today,I am headstrong,goal oriented who doesn’t take any nonsense.I want to work for the social causes and humanity which gives me peace of mind. Iam the bandwagon to spread the knowledge of wisdom.

Every life is a story worth telling. Each of us experiences and survives events that are in themselves a unique story. In the difficult times we live in, it is really easy to get lost and forget the true values of life. This life story is a true connection to the human, a reminder of what is important in life. This story, unique, has a different lesson and message that should remind us of all the things we sometimes forget. The stories are quite simple, as if listening to them from a child, and yet complex and difficult, as if told by the greatest sage. Have a handkerchief nearby when you read this story. Yes, deeply true, terribly difficult and seriously close to each of us, these stories have great power to extort tears from even the strongest. This is the story of a young Macedonian scientist who will awaken the power in you. You may be wondering – How is that possible? To these two questions you will consequently add countless more questionnaires… Maybe it will all seem unreal, strange, confusing … But be persistent and just keep reading and absorbing every word, every sentence that comes in contact with your senses. You will feel how every word touches you, every cell of your being, touches insensitively, quietly …
To your consciousness, to yourself … You will feel how every word finds its way where it should go, it finds that secret place where it should touch, quietly … imperceptibly … silently … Touch where needed, leave a mark and wake you up. To wake you up from that invisible cocoon with which you are wrapped, you and your thoughts, you and your being ..

There are ups and downs in life, yes, there are so many downsides that you can reach the very bottom, looking at a dead end, just waiting for that moment when the ball will explode. However, there are bright spots in life, there are spots in life that will wrap around your body, prevent you from falling and give you another chance to straighten up, stand up, remove that burden from your back. Only with a clear mind can you stand on your feet. Mind full of distrust, mind full of  doubts and suffering must not be allowed, such a mind leads to ruin. Only a head full of self-confidence, with positive energy will pass to the next step, only in this way you will see life from a different perspective and you will realize your dreams.

Dr. Dragan Jovanov shares his life story….

From the 9th year of my life I started training basketball in the basketball club MZT Skopje – Aerodrom, then I changed several clubs and ended my basketball career at the age of 24, then I was a basketball coach of youth categories in the basketball clubs MZT Skopje and Partizan Vodno Suns – Belgrade branch. At the age of 17, for the first time, I played 2 seasons in the basketball club Karpos Sokoli, who then in those years for the first time in the history of the club entered the super league, with the first six teams on the table. I played after 15 minutes, of course I scored. Despite many obstacles in the sport, I had success there as well. I finished my career with 10 medals, five as a player and five as a coach. My mother attended almost every match of mine with my father, and she often trembled when she saw me on the field and rejoiced when I scored. I came to a friend of mine on the basketball court and he asked me – Dragan, is that your mother, the one who cheers? I was ashamed that she was coming to the match and I said – I don’t know I haven’t seen her. The biggest gift my mother gave me was that she was the only one who BELIEVED IN ME. I was a man who didn’t pay much attention to school, but to going out to basketball. My mother used to say to me – Meet your friends, I will show you your future. How do I know that? Part of mine company were losers. I avoided talking to my mother because I was already in communication and friendship with some of that company. My friends and I used to walk around, having fun until the wee hours of the morning. Sometimes we would get drunk. When we got back in the car, they would take me home and tell me – Dragan! Dragan! The lights are on in your apartment. And I say, “Oh, man, my mother is awake!” You see, my mother doesn’t go to bed until I come home alive and well. And when I entered the house, she would say – Hello Dace, how was your evening? And I would answer her – It was good mom, I’m going to sleep. And she always said – Dace, can I talk to you briefly? I would say – Mom, I’m tired, I’m going to sleep. – Dace, I haven’t seen you all day and all night, I’m asking you to talk to me – and I would leave, go to bed and avoid communicating with her about walking and what kind of people I hang out with. I didn’t want to talk to the only person who BELIEVED IN ME. Over time, I played for various clubs, graduated, took her to doctors, helped her, but we never managed to talk about everything that life brings us, no matter what sphere. She was in poor health and the day came when doctors told us she had cancer. It took me a while to talk when I brought her back from radiation, and that’s what therapy was all about. She said to me – Draganche, mother, maybe I will live for a month, maybe I will live for five months, maybe I will live longer, maybe I will die – and I, so sad, and I say – Mom, and what will I do without you? She replied “you will rejoice and continue with life, to prove yourself and to prove to everyone that you will be the best expert in the world in what you do. I want you to be the best, I believe in you and I know that you will be able to be a good expert and a good parent. I was gone for hours, for days, I couldn’t see her so sick, exhausted. When the day came for the New Year (2009), we were preparing with the thought that it would be better, I was at the store and suddenly my phone rang and my father gave me the sad news that she was gone. I threw the phone away and went out on the street, I didn’t know where I was, I was broken. I knelt down and shouted, “Mamaoooo, why did you leave me?” I’m so sorry. The next day, January 1, was the funeral, I was so hurt that I could not reconcile for many years after her death. Will I run away from the problems again? Will I be hanging out with some of those losers again? All she wanted was to talk to me, to direct me in the right direction, to be an exemplary, successful person. I miss so much now that I would like to talk to her, how much I would like you to see how successful I have been in life.I was disappointed with classical medicine and started researching phytomedicine, phytotherapy and phytonutrients scientifically. In 11 years I have healed, helped and advised over 30,000 people from Macedonia, the Balkans, Europe and the World.

Dragan says: My motto was – First, put God’s energy first. Give first place to that divine energy in everything you do. Everything you think I have achieved, everything you see in me, everything you think I have, and I have a lot behind me, it’s all thanks to God’s mercy. Understand, it is simply a gift from God. That divine energy protects me, guides me, corrects me. All the time I cling to that divine energy for everything in life. That divine energy keeps me from being carried away by the storm. The BEST thing I’ve ever done in this world is to help people. It’s a good feeling because I’ve helped people stay healthy, and there’s no better feeling than that. That shows the real success. You can have everything you want in life. So look for it and try to get it. Until then, give a hand to someone who has not yet succeeded in their goals.

One year after my mother’s death, my best friend died at the age of 21 of a heart attack. He died at college. After a few years, my grandmother Simka died and as the years went by, almost all my relatives died, some of my friends, professors, I was left alone with my sister and father. Our life had become hell, my father hada redundancy, he had 6 years until retirement, I first worked as a volunteer demonstrator (2010-2011) at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food in Skopje, at the request of Professor Jugoslav Ziberoski and he died of a heart attack. As a demonstrator at the Faculty of Minimum Income, I was rejected because I did not support the then policies of the country in which I was born. So I went without salary as faculty, I taught at the Faculty of Environmental Resource Management, at MIT University in Skopje. There he called me to be his assistant, it was my first work experience, where I will be registered and my contributions and so on will flow. Then I was an assistant and secretary of the Faculty of Management of Environmental Resources and Secretariat and assistant of the Faculty of Tourism, at MIT University in Skopje. I was overjoyed, I said finally the work started, oh how the months passed, the first 4 months they didn’t give us a salary, then they were late with a salary, we worked as assistants for the minimum income we received every other month, so you can imagine if you can really survive on such a way. Those were difficult years, too hard, but we did not give up, nor did we complain to anyone, nor did anyone call to help us, to ask how we were, except that they enjoyed our poverty and made obstacles and obstructions to our path to success.We were left alone in that survival struggle. But we never gave up, we achieved everything on our own, and together, and, of course, each of us individually. After all this, I started helping people with cancer, syndromes and other serious illnesses, going from city to city, village to village to help them.

At the beginning when I started researching medicinal plants, so to speak they didn’t believe me, that is, I was a child to do this, they said so, even “greats” and “professors”, but I never gave up , I said I would go all the way until I won and everything would be as it should be.After all this, a moment came when they asked for help from the MPs in the Assembly, a friend of mine from where I live from my neighborhood, knowing our whole life story, called me directly to work on a project that lasted 3 years, supported by the Swiss Embassy , of course for minimal income. But, at that moment, that money was really too big, they also called me to be a coach in the basketball club MZT Skopje, and somehow too many things were collected, but for everything I managed to bring home bread. And when I thought everything was sorted out with all these jobs, things started to go downhill, for political reasons I left and we were left with those minimal irregular incomes from MIT University that I took every 3 months, terribly painful again, because in our country in the Republic of Macedonia, еven in the Balkans, quality is not valued, or very rarely can anyone honestly assess that you are quality and that you want to help, unless you have an “uncle bishop”, as the old people would say, and then you can prosper in everything you can imagine. in the Republic of Macedonia and in the Balkans. After all this, in the end, despite the pain, I managed to keep going, but I learned too much, I improved too much, I worked too hard, I struggled too much and I won !!! If you change the way you look at things, things will change. (Jovanov D.)

In 2010, I appeared on television for the first time and since then people have started to learn about me, that I work with phytomedicine, phytotherapy, phytonutrients and agroecology. I was invited to give an interview to Our Baby magazine about healthy mothers’ breasts, how to protect themselves naturally. I was terrified, scared, we barely recorded those 10 minutes. interview, and I was preparing too much, but since it was my first TV interview, that is, the first time I was recording an interview, I was too nervous. When the filming is over, I, so embarrassed, with trepidation, say – I’m not going on TV anymore, I’m ashamed. When, the then director of the magazine says to me – Don’t give up, go, even though you are ashamed and you are nervous, go to the TV, express your quality and what you want to help people – But – I say – I’m ashamed! – Go to the end – he says – if you give up now you will never do what you want. I came home, I thought for a while and I said to myself, I’m going to the end. Then they called me for the first time on Alsat TV, I was a guest on a show in Macedonian, then other televisions started over the years, where I recorded over 220 shows from a scientific point of view for the areas I work in and became known to the public for what I did. I work best.

Over the years, I have invested all my earned money in myself, in science, in books, in scripts, papers, conferences, seminars, congresses, and more. I went, educated children in primary schools throughout Macedonia and in some parts of the Balkans, I wanted to have a healthy nation and healthy children, because they are our future, I educated adults, I educated foreigners, I helped people, I treated people and so on. I have written over 30 professional books (Macedonian Traditional Medicine, Macedonian Contemporary Phytomedicine, Balkan Traditional Medicine, Water as a Business Eco System in Macedonia, Macedonian Atlas, Aromatic Herbs, Spicy Herbs, Nutrition, World Atlas, Medicinal Plant Atlas in Serbia, etc.) 200 domestic and international articles, papers in newspapers, portals and magazines, I received awards, recognitions, certificates of appreciation, etc., and then with all my patents that I placed before the WORLD and with all my research in science to become the best and most famous young scientist for phytomedicine, phytotherapy, phytonutrients and agroecology internationally. I never gave up and I overcame all the obstacles, and there were too many of them, the road was too bumpy, especially for a man who comes from a small country like Macedonia!

As a person who was very persistent and very dedicated to science, I decided to transfer my knowledge, to educate children and adults. I was on TV screens every day about how people can protect their health with the gift of nature. I wrote papers, books, wrote in magazines, newspapers, magazines in Macedonia, the Balkans, Europe and the world. But I wanted to be the best young scientist in the fields I work in. Working around the clock, reading, attending seminars, conventions, I decided to conquer the steel fortress.
In 2015, through hard work, research, training, I applied to participate in international conventions, conferences, with my own personal patents and research. Since 2015, I have received 12 awards and prizes, of which 8 are international, three at the European Multidisciplinary Congress, held in Novi Sad, Serbia, one award in Montenegro, four awards in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and four awards in the Republic of Macedonia for best young scientist. On the day (December 18, 2018), I officially became the first Macedonian full member of the Club of Innovative Minds, within the European Academy of Sciences, based in Belgrade and Brussels.

At the age of 33, I received 12 awards, including 8 international, 4 domestic and 15 research patents for various diseases, including cancer.

I did nothing by accident, nor did my inventions come by chance. Everything came with a lot of work, diligence, diligence, training and talent. After decades of rule by a bad government, our hard work has changed it..
At the age of 29, as a young professional staff for agroecology, I was invited by the new Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, the respected Zoran Zaev to be a special environmental advisor to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.

Success does not consist in avoiding problems, it consists in perseverance, working on oneself and overcoming difficulties. If you want to learn from the most successful people, not envy their success, try to find out about their problems on the road to success and how they overcame them. You will learn much more if you read their problems, obstacles and roadblocks to success than reading their successes and how their lives are “perfect”. Perseverance requires work on yourself. Over time, all of us are discouraged. However, the more you face the problems and challenges on the road to success, the faster you will solve and overcome them. The more problems you have solved, the better you will be at solving them, and most importantly, you will not have to worry about new ones. Do you think it is difficult and hard for you? Are you demotivated by a failure, are you thinking about it and want to give up? It is your choice whether to give up or pursue your dreams.

A few tips from me:

1. Refrain When I start working on a new project or job, I’m ready to go full capacity. I’m full of excitement and my enthusiasm knows no bounds, nor a sense of self-limitation. I think I can do anything. But as time goes on, I realize that I’m not made of steel and my enthusiasm begins to wane. When you have so much energy in the beginning and want to do your best – refrain. Don’t allow yourself to rush and do whatever you want. Start slowly, then step by step invest and you will succeed.

2. Just take the first step
There are days when you really don’t work, and you have to work. So instead of thinking about whether it’s hard or how long it will last, just take the first step. Do it and everything else will come by itself. When you sit at home and think about the problems and difficulties, it all seems really difficult. However, take the first step and you will see that nothing is difficult for you. Take the first step!

3. Be responsible
If you have committed publicly, or in any way, social media, friends, family be responsible to people. Make a commitment to let them know and stick to it. Also, stick to what you do, work responsibly and dedicatedly.

4. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones This is one of the most important motivational skills and I suggest you practice it every day. It is important to start following your thoughts and detecting negative thoughts. Then in a few days move on to the next step, and that is to replace the negative thoughts with positive ones. Say to yourself – I can do that, I am the master of my thoughts, I decide all the things in my life to be in a positive direction and with a positive thought. If someone who is a non-worker could, I can do anything to be positive. It may sound strange, but it is very powerful.

5. Think about the benefits and what made you take the path to success Think of it as difficult as it is for many people. Getting out of bed early sounds difficult, or “who’s going to work today, I feel tired!” Instead of thinking about whether you have enough strength to get up early or complete your responsibilities, think about how you will get up early and complete your responsibilities and have more free time. Think about your reasons for going on the road to success. Can you do it again? What made you pursue your goals? Why are you? have you been passionate about achieving your goals? Try rebuilding it, redirect and recharge your batteries. The answer will come to you. The simple truth is that many successful people do not succeed because they have no problems, obstacles, blockages, but because they did not allow anyone to stop them on the road to success. They are persistent when faced with problems.Expect problems to arise. The more challenges you have in realizing your dreams, the more your ambitions and self-confidence will grow. If you know something is going wrong, never give up. In the end you will win. Take the fact that you are facing difficulties in realizing your dreams as a sign of progress in life.Don’t be sad, instead smile at yourself and think “I’m starting to succeed”, because these are the key problems on the road to success. Solve the problems one by one and you will achieve the goal you want.

The good news is that there are a number of issues you can’t skip. Usually, although there is a solution for every situation or opportunity, you will skip something. You will need to think a little and put in the effort to solve the problem. After all, if what you want to achieve is easy, it would not be a great achievement. Persistence in dealing with problems is what makes success great when you achieve success.

There are many ways to solve problems in any problematic situation, each situation has its own solution. That is, everything in life has a solution, but it requires perseverance, attention, thinking and concentration to the ultimate goal. But there are certainly some simple principles for solving them. Think before you act or work. Some problems can be avoided if you simply think before you do anything. When you want to do something challenging, consider what is the most likely problem that may arise. If you look at this, you will find that you can avoid many problems at first.
Ask yourself if you do what you need to do. Are you looking for help from responsible people or friends to help you? If you need help, ask for it! If you work with other people, do they understand what you want to achieve? Only you, as the parent can know for sure what is going on in your head.Are you paranoid and over-educated about what you want to do and invent problems that don’t really exist? It is very easy to invent problems that do not exist in reality!
Focus on the problems you need to solve. And if you manage to apply the principles I have outlined, the problems will arise. When that happens, make sure you determine exactly what the problem is before you start solving it. Think about the problem, develop the problems from big to small and solve them step by step.

At some point you will experience a motivational decline in your life, you need to work on avoiding such situations at all costs. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. Motivation is a kind of cycle, sometimes you will be motivated, sometimes not. As you develop your skills, you need to motivate yourself, learn how to motivate yourself and stay at that level. Take a look at the steps that will help you stay motivated in the long run:

– start slowly and with small things, and over time work on bigger and more important things;
– prefer to work with successful people and experts;
– never stop learning, the more you learn the more confident you are;
– try to stay positive during the most difficult things and problems;
 – don’t think too much and do something that suits you and that you love;
-understanding yourself and listening to your instincts is a great ability to motivate yourself;
– efforts are continuous to monitor your development and achievements;
– try to help your family and friends when faced with obstacles and difficulties;
– when you are surrounded by motivational and positive people, it will be easier for you to motivate yourself and to overcome and solve all the problems you have.
It takes a lot of effort to stay motivated throughout your life, so I hope they will use the advice I practice to make it easier for you to succeed.

Don’t do it all at once, start with the first step, then step by step to the goal again. (Jovanov D.)

Madhvi had to go through the grind, she had a stressful marriage and resulted in divorce. With never giving up zeal and one small thought she started and her sister Ankita Borse started the institution with 7000 rupees in hand. An idea is a blank slate that takes shape with each passing day of unwavering effort and the desire to make it a reality. But, naturally, we are afraid of taking risks. Madhvi had the same fear while starting her new journey but with faith in God, she continued with determination. This team of sisters worked day and night to give their best to the students and the trainees. They initiated and provided students, entertaining and engaging concepts of learning.
EDUTAINMENT SPOKEN ENGLISH & SMART CLASSES not only work for students but also homemakers. We all know that after marriage the growth of women as an individual stops. Dance—an integral part of the teaching-learning process

We’ve all heard the old quote, “life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” If you give a kid, a child, 25 minutes in the middle of their school day to just be free physically and even if you just put music on and let him dance, I know that that 25 minutes is going to make the rest of their day easier.

For us adults, music and dancing are fun activities. It is the same for children too, mainly because children love to move around and make noise.  Dance and movement are also an important part of their development.  Dancing, singing and playing music are part of a child’s process of growing up and learning what their bodies can do. Dance is an integral part of the teaching-learning journey of a child’s life. It teaches children how to interact with other people, objects and the world around them. Through dance, students learn teamwork, focus, and improvisational skills. Dance awakens new perceptions in children which help them learn and think in new ways. Dance also enables students to better understand themselves and the world in which they live.

Dancing is very popular with kids and adults because of its multiple benefits. There are physical benefits of partaking in dance classes as a child. Through dance, children develop a greater range of movement whilst developing the ability to work within different spaces. Dance and movement patterns also develop kinaesthetic memory. It also develops strength and endurance from an early age. Dance will help develop muscles, tone the body, improve circulation, improve posture, balance, coordination and promote greater flexibility. The art of dance helps teach a child to focus, creativity, and discipline, all in which are mandatory in any area of education.

Dance lessons allows students to create routines and add their unique flare to their moves, to help them express their creativity and individuality. While other parts of their life might seem more rigid, dance classes will help them enjoy their personal freedom, which will give them a better balance in life. Schools are using dance to foster students’ intrapersonal and interpersonal SEL skills, as well as skills like responsible decision-making. Dance can also help students overcome cultural and linguistic obstacles because of its focus on nonverbal communication. Dance and movement can be a wonderful way for students to work on problem-solving and to develop the ability to evaluate and reflect, which in turn can affect their thinking on things like their responsibility to help make the world a better place.

Many dance and movement activities promote teamwork and cooperation and provide rich opportunities for developing relationship skills and social awareness. Self-awareness and self-management are fundamentally rooted in the body, making dance an excellent tool for building such competencies as emotional awareness, accurate self-perception, and impulse control.

Artistic dance education serves to stimulate conscious understanding of the language of movement and to develop aesthetic knowledge and skill in movement expression. Education in the art of dance provides students with deep, thought-provoking experiences that combine many art forms and disciplines.Self-awareness and self-management are fundamentally rooted in the body, making dance an excellent tool for building such competencies as emotional awareness, accurate self-perception, and impulse control.

We can use dance to help our learners to identify emotions: Give your student this prompt: “Emotion is a word that describes the feelings you have. How does your face show emotion? How do other parts of your body show emotion?” Next, invite students to follow along to the dance or movement video you’ve selected. After the students perform the dance together, ask them to choose a favorite move from the dance and practice that move while showing an emotion they select. They can do this in pairs—each student should guess what emotion their partner is trying to convey.
